The
Seduction of Hot Wax
This is one of the largest
collections of encaustic artwork, an ancient art form using wax as a
medium. Tidewater artists: Jean Peacock, Judy
Crumley, Michele Barnes, Martine Strohmeyer and Andi
Helfant-Frye worked for over a year in to bring this exhibit
to Richmond, it's first showing!

Different by Design
Lorraine
J. Hoff presented mosaic tables,
cabinets, mirrows, wall hangings and even musical instraments in this
show made up of entirely mosaic artwork.

Media Juried Art Show
The
September juried All Media Show was unlike any other at Art Works featuring
color, serious and whimsical pieces.
Alone
Chris
Semtner, Richmond artist presented small and large works of realism
and mystery. The figures, alone or otherwise provoke a wondering by
the viewer as to the thoughts and circumstances of the those in the
paintings.
The
Art of Survival II
This was the second annual
breast cancer awareness and networking exhibit of by Terry Lynn Smith
and other breast cancer survivors.
Rivers

The Richmond
Craftman's Guild presented an ehibit of members' work in memory
of Karen Abse.
