Richard W. Buhrman - Photographic Art

Having begun my interest in photography at an early age, I've been at it for quite a long time. Beginning with my mother's Brownie No. 1 camera, I've use many since. I guess that I became serious by 1969, as by that time I knew photography to be an art form. Now days, I practice photography with my digital cameras and printers.

I've shown my work at numerous places in Richmond and Petersburg, Virginia. I belong to Petersburg Regional Art Center; Petersburg Area Art League and Art Works. You can also see my work at Henry Street Gallery, also in Richmond.

You can see Richard's work in his studio at Art Works, Inc. in Richmond, Virginia from noon - 6 p.m. Tuesdays through Sundays (804) 291.1400.
